Terms of Service
General rules:•I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
•Failure to provide payment for my work will result in being blacklisted.
•Please be civil. I'm a human being, and I will refuse service if you can't treat me like one.
•I can fix any mistakes in my art for free. I can also make changes (within reason) for free. Let me know of mistakes asap, so they'll be easier to fix.
•I will not make any major changes after final approval.
•My work is not for commercial use unless given express permission.
•Do not turn my work into NFTs or feed it to an AI generatorWatermarking•All of my art is watermarked
•Works in progress will be watermarked over the main body of the piece
•Finished work will be watermarked in a relatively inconspicuous spot on the piece
•I will not remove a watermark from my work for any reason. (The only exception being character tokens/pfp crops, which I can provide)
•You cannot remove my watermark from my work for any reason.Refusal of Service•I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
•Reasons may include;
-Rudeness towards me.
-Discriminatory opinions or behavior. (i.e. homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, any sort of bigotry, etc.)
-Feeling as if I cannot produce the product you want (i.e. a species I can't draw, a design I can't replicate, etc.)
-Any other/undisclosed reason.
•I do not have to disclose the reason for refusal of service unless I desire to.Transactions/CancellationsTransactions:
•Half of the Payment will be due upon acceptance of initial sketch. The other half of Payment will be due upon acceptance of final product
• Payment can be accepted via PayPal or cashapp (paypal preferred.) A link will be provided upon approval of sketch.
Cancellations:
•You can cancel your commission/purchase at any point in the commission.
•If you cancel your commission, you are NOT allowed to use the unfinished work.
•If I don't hear from you within 48 hours of receiving your sketch, I will assume you’re unsatisfied and not continue working with you until I get a response.
•If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will be refunded in full.

•Do not claim my artwork as your own for any reason.
•You may make changes to the original design once purchased.*
•Do not repost my work on social media without credit.
•My work is not for commercial use unless given express permission.
•Do not turn my work into NFTs or feed it to an AI generator. Ever.*Note for closed species adopts: You may still make general cosmetic changes to the character (colors, clothing, etc.), with the exception of the listed traits of the adopt.
